Ordering Instructions

Players names, coaches and manager, and any other info you want on the back must be included. We will spell the names as given and send for approval. Please check very carefully as we occasionally miss something.

Total quantities and sizes of each item must be sent in.

Once we receive your order, we will prepare and send a proof for approval (2-4 days). After approval, production time is approximately 1 week.

There will be no changes or additions after the proof is approved.

Local, will call orders must be paid at time of pickup with cash or check only.
Out of area, UPS shipped orders must be paid in advance by credit card or check.

Add $2 for each size over XL
